Focused on an Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (EtA) strategy via a leverage buyout using self-funded and committed capital (LPs), Cedar Ivy is not backed by a PE fund or institutional investors. We believe this provides flexibility for each opportunity and aligns us strongly with the family-oriented culture often found in small businesses.
